I had a terrible experience at Boston's Dinner. I ordered a family meal for everyone through the app, selecting a chili sauce for my cheese and chips, and a mixed meats with chips with different sauces. I requested in the comments that only garlic sauce be put on top of the cheese and chips. However, when the order arrived, the chili sauce was added to the cheese and chips instead of the mixed meats. My children don't like spicy food, so I called Boston's Dinner to explain the mistake. They admitted they had assumed the chili sauce was meant for the cheese and chips. They refused to swap the chips and I had to pay for new ones for my children. First and last time using Boston's , I ordered a chicken burger and kebab at 1930 using their online ordering service. I called at 2010 to check the order had gone through as we hadn't received conformation, the girl said yes the order was fine and it'll be 15 mins. 1 and half hours after initially ordering I called back to ask where our food was to be told its now cooking and will another 30 mins. 2 HOURS I said, that's not acceptable, she hung up on me.....since speaking to family it seems I'm not the only one left waiting
Have ordered from here many times and always been happy. However, friends arrived tonight so ordered mixed kebab and sides for convenience. The salad did not arrive so phoned to be told they would send asap. My guests ate the sides which were not particularly warm and we were left with a congealing tray of meat with no salad to construct a kebab with the pittas. we were offered money off next order when phoned to complain. Rbbish! Wont help me now.
Don't order kebabs if you're not VERY hungry when they first opened my wife and I stopped eating un as we could never finish the meals and felt ashamed for leaving so much now we order deliveries online which arrive promptly EVERY TIME what we don't eat gets finished the next day. their steaks and burgers are also a meal and a half

The food was delivered late, cold, and with missing items. When I contacted the restaurant to address the issue, I was met with a very rude and sarcastic response, “so what do you want us to do about it then!!” I have been a loyal customer of Bostons for a long time, but I will never use them again after this experience.

Delivery arrived and wasn’t quite what I had ordered. To which I was told I was a C@@t and it was my fault. I tried to speak to the kitchen but a poor response. Very poor customer service but hay ho
The calzone and burgers at this restaurant are absolutely fantastic, with generous portions that make it an easy choice for Kettering's kebab house selection. The website is also quite impressive.

Third time we have used Boston’s during lockdown. Each time they have been on time. Excellent food, love the kebabs and grills. Very good value for money. So much food for your money.
