My family came in when there was no rush, ordered one inari and 6 Takoyaki balls. Another customer ordered the same 6 takoyaki balls 2 customers after us but received the balls before us? The girls said the customer ordered before us but she did not come before us and I remembered her ordering two whole customers after us during a rush. We waited 20 minutes for 6 takoyaki balls. They apologised but very unprofessional, we are not happy and will not come back. Price per person: $1–20 Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1
I highly recommend trying the Takoyaki at this restaurant. It was a pleasant surprise and reminded me of the authentic taste of takoyaki in Japan. I have been living in Japan since 1989, and this dish truly captured the essence of Japanese cuisine. I would rate the food and service a 5 out of 5, and the atmosphere a 4 out of 5.
I absolutely love your food! But it’s not the first time that my orders have something missing and/or wrong. This is so disappointing. I always ask for chopsticks and never get it. I was extremely let down by the sushi at this restaurant. To start, the staff served me the wrong sushi. I had ordered fresh salmon with brown rice, but they gave me tuna with brown rice instead. The tuna had so much connective tissue that it was difficult to chew. Overall, I would rate the food and service a 1 out of 5.
I am a frequent customer at this restaurant and often grab something as I walk by because I can't resist! The sushi is always fresh and delicious. The chicken sushi is full of rubbish gristle chicken. Hard and chewy rubbish and the sushi taste lile it was made 3-4 days ago. Food: 1 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3
Staff are visibly miserable and fairly rude and short in their service. Pricing also high considering quality alternatives in the suburb.
