A nice setting, the service is of quality and dynamic no need to ask to give us bread is a detail but it counts. The quality of the products is at the rdv it breathes the freshness however only flat to note on the character of the main dish, the cooking of it was perfectly respected but it missed this small juice or sauce that gave this dish this little more that makes the difference. Regarding the relation quality price we are delighted because for an addition to 77€ for a flat entry dessert with a soft drink per person and a flat water we are in the prices for a good bistronomic. I recommend if you want to spend a nice time without too much this ruin, I look forward to testing the gastrono...
We had a good time. First time at the gastronomic restaurant. We didn't regret it. The local flavors were at the rendezvous. The agreement with the wines was perfect. What a good idea to mix drinks without alcohol on the menu. I recommend and do not understand why the table still does not appreciate a well-deserved star.
A warm and friendly atmosphere and the staff is very well. Aperitif: velvety carrots and oranges in verine with a fish mousse. Entrance: grilled gambas with its sauce. Dishes: day meat (bavette) and day vegetables and fish (loppy) with ramen. We ended up with a coffee. Everything was very good!
Finally a real gastronomic return to the center of Douai. A sublime experience for taste buds, all in a magnificent setting. We tested the menu in 6 services, subtle flavours, rare textures. Bravo and thank you for this beautiful culinary journey. See you soon.
