Bottegone del vino

Found it on the site, short walk from our hotel and couldn't have been better. Sort of communal seating and almost all locals. We were made to feel right at home. Short menu on a black board but our server was happy to explain what...each item was. Excellent wine choices and great dessert. Even made new friends who were sitting next to us. Reservations, a must.

Eine kleine Speisekarte auf einer Kreidetafel. Das Personal war kompetent, aber das Essen wirkte gehetzt, da das Essen so schnell herauskam und unsere Hauptgerichte mit der Vorspeise meines Mannes kamen, sodass er sein Hauptgericht alleine aß. Trotzdem war das Essen köstlich... und die Tische auf der Terrasse eignen sich hervorragend zum Beobachten der Leute.

We enjoyed wonderful dinner and wine at Bottegone del Vino. Simeon, our charming waiter, made really good recommendations from the impressive wine list. The food was excellent quality we had a fish starter, and the pasta and steak and the Tiramisu was delicious....The restaurant has a cosy terrace which is a perfect place to spend a summer evening.

We found this place via Trip Advisor. Great little place with inside and outside seating. Our waiter spoke a bit of English and once we’d ordered our food, he kept checking that all was ok which is was, food very tasty but pricey but that’s...Switzerland for you. We had a really good meal and the staff were great.

The service very good, the food delicious, take into consideration that plates are served in big portions, so you can definitely share some. Excellent list of wines, very good option.
