Although it was recommended by our French land lords the restaurant did not quite live up to its promise. We went there to have a "typical" French meal. Ordering the food was a little difficult since there was only a menu in a partly illegible hand writing on a black board (see picture). The meals were not sufficiently described for somebody who is not really into French food. So my wife and I made a choice on what we understood to be chicken on the one hand and fish on the other hand. Our dishes looked nice but definitely required more seasoning. As frequent visitors to Bedarieux, we have watched restaurants come and go, whilst La Forge has endured and reigned supreme.Now this modern, slightly Spartan establishment has emerged as a welcome addition, that clearly aspires to be noticed also.The a la carte menu is small, but the daily specials board is full of market and seasonal produce. Our party of 4 enjoyed seasonal salad and Boudin starters, followed by well cooked Bavette and rabbit. The wine list is small, and mainly local but offers a reasonable choice.This is a promising start from Bouche B. We will certainly return. It's good to have a choice in Bedarieux at last!!
Hier nous sommes allez manger dans ce petit restaurant en amoureux, c'était un très bon repas. Les produits sont bons, belle cuisson des viandes et poissons. Un menu a 25e avec entrée plat fromage dessert que demander de mieux. Des recettes originales et maîtrisées, nous nous sommes régalé. La serveuse était très agréable et le cadre parfait pour un dîner en amoureux. Seul petit bémol, les desserts fait a l'avance (crème brûlée froide).
We have just strolled back along the river after a magnificent meal, served by an efficient and sympathique waiter. At last there is a rival for La Forge in Bedarieux! Great menu choices - everything was perfect and arrived promptly. The prices are good too. A three course evening meal is 25 euros, but tastes a lot more expensive. We'll be back!

As regular visitors to the area we have tried many restaurants only to find them closed on our next visit so hope this one succeeds as we really enjoyed our meals. We were surprised at the enormous blackboard being carried around by the waiter with today's menu. Service was efficient and friendly and the food of high quality. Will be back soon.

ce restaurant vaut par ses plats succulents, l'originalité de la présentation, le cadre très agréable surtout l'été sur la terrasse ombragée, l'accueil très sympathique et le coût raisonnable fait de cet endroit un des meilleurs restaurants de la région
In a minimalist setting by the railway station, this restaurant serves large plates of meat-based dishes, with good wines and prompt service. Everything is fresh, local and generous. Recommended.

Vanavond heerlijk gegeten, uitgebalanceerde kaart. Goede bediening, die ons zelfs in het Engels te woord stond. Dat kom je in de regio niet veel tegen. Ook de kinderen hebben genoten.
Newish restaurant in the area. Went for a birthday lunch and the food was excellent. Looking forward to going again.
