I absolutely love the bread at Boudin SF. However, I have an issue with their closing time. If you say you're open until 9 o'clock, then please stick to that and close at 9, not 8:55. If you prefer to turn customers away and lock the doors at 8:30 or 8:45, that's fine, but if your official closing time is 9 o'clock, make sure to serve your customers until then.
I received good customer service during my visit. I arrived around 5 PM, and while my coffee was cold, the staff member kindly provided me with a cup of iced tea instead. I was seated outside, but unfortunately, some teenagers came to the patio and made quite a bit of noise, showing a lack of consideration for other customers.
OMG! Where have you been all my life? Your food is wonderful! Ordered the soup and sandwich combo yesterday via Doordash, clam chowder and turkey avocado. Yum! Great bread. Got the french dip today with a side salad. Love the horseradish mayo. Thank you!
The food is delicious. My only complaint was I waited for my food and even asked about it and was told I would be taken care of, as I watched my bag of food sit on the counter for close to 15 minutes. Naturally the food I was taking home was cold. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
The salad would have been enjoyable if it hadn't only come with a tiny amount of dressing. The BLTA could have used a bit more sauce and extra bacon. While the bread was excellent, the overall experience was quite underwhelming.
The chicken salad and turkey sandwiches were enjoyable, but the side salad contained several allergens, including walnuts and blue cheese crumbles. Unfortunately, we couldn't eat the healthy salad.
Great pick 2 options. Clam Chowder and Italian Classic on sourdough were great. Wasn't too busy at 5:30. Plenty of seating inside and out. Quick service. Still a favorite. Great food and service.

I like the pick a pair combo with beef chili and toasted turkey club (add mustard) hits the spot.
