Despite the current trend, this Bouillon retains its authenticity and know-how. It's going fast, but the staff stays attentive and very pro. We come for a simple and efficient kitchen, realized as you need and with fair rates. Mission accomplished for our second passage here.

Even if the hotel offers a relatively interesting value/price ratio, we will charter for its typical Parisian bistro atmosphere. Not to be missed during your bet, it is close to the Gregorian museum.
The room is beautiful, it is an old station hall classified as a historic monument. on the other hand, the sidewalk was not at all up to the height. Go to visit you, but don't expect good food.
