This is my first time to this bakery. Nothing outside, except a luminous sign mentioning that it is open, attracts the eye, yet it is a real discovery that this bakery and pastry shop. I received a warm welcome. The boss makes an extraordinary country bread, a beautiful crust and a slightly gray crumb. It smells like good old fashioned bread and it's good, but really....good!!! Because of the period we have just experienced, the windows were empty. But as surprising as it was, there was a tray of oriental cakes in the middle. I'm used to eating and I'm not a fan of these specialties, which are very oily and engraved with honey. But there, I had fun!!! It was light, neither too greasy nor too...
We showed up at the bakery on a Thursday morning at 7:45 a.m., the opening hours were difficult to find since hidden on the back of a shutter indicated opening at 7 a.m. and yet the bakery only opened at 8 a.m. Coming back at 8 a.m. the waiter was explaining things to another person in a not very friendly manner. Few pastries or those from the day before in bags and the traditional baguette at 1€40 wow it's not cheap. I don't recommend.
Viennese pastries from the day before, which was actually two days before, the baker told me. That's not why he offered me the pain au chocolat that I came back to buy since the whole bag was hard as a rock. Inedible. Otherwise the fresh pastries and the bread is good.
Avoid sandwiches. We are far from quality products. Ham equivalent to cervelas, butter replaced with margarine. Too bad they are not exposed, we could better judge the result. Making sandwiches on demand is clearly not synonymous with quality here.

I was served here the pure ham and butter of my life. I had to put the agglomerated meat in the trash and complete this piece of bread myself. We can't talk about a real bakery here
It's the first time I see a bakery that opens at 8:00 a.m. so having arrived at 7:15 a.m. round and without my baguette for my sandwich
Bread is not worthy of a baker, moreover check your change before leaving. Too bad to be like this
