Following your response, I am modifying my comment and my rating: I confirm that I find your products rather qualitative. Concerning your winter closure, it would have been more judicious to explain to the population in advance the reasons for your closure and offer alternative solutions (at least a bread drop-off and order taking). This would undoubtedly have limited the anger of the residents and the collateral damage (Tag your window). I wish you a happy end of the year and I hope that a lasting solution will be found for winter 2024.
My favorite bakery on the Ile de Ré but at Christmas very very disappointed with the bread and pastries I had some sweets they were really not good. I would still go back because to err is human but very disappointed especially at this time when we expect quality to be served at the table.

Étant en vacances à la flotte pratiquement tous les jours nous avons cherché la baguette, le pain à la noisette (a la coupe) c’était un réel délice. Quant à la brioche feuilletée une tuerie. Franchement nous regrettons cette boulangerie.
