My favorite bakery on the Ile de Ré but at Christmas very very disappointed with the bread and pastries I had some sweets they were really not good. I would still go back because to err is human but very disappointed especially at this time when we expect quality to be served at the table.
J'ai été servi ce jour à 13h20, par un jeune homme fort désagréable. .. Ni bonjour, ni au revoir...Ne répond pas à mes demandes.... Dommage car le cadre et la qualité des denrées sont excellents. (Monsieur dont je parle porte une quête de cheval.....il se reconnaîtra... .
Étant en vacances à la flotte pratiquement tous les jours nous avons cherché la baguette, le pain à la noisette (a la coupe) c’était un réel délice. Quant à la brioche feuilletée une tuerie. Franchement nous regrettons cette boulangerie.

We visited this Boulangerie many times during our stay in La Flotte and loved everything we bought from here baguettes, quiche, goats cheese and honey bread, amazing cakes we will miss it!
First class quality bread and patisserie. Sandwiches and salads to choose from. There is always a queue unless you go very early in the morning. Excellent service.
