Hello, although it's not a restaurant except sandwich menus, not even Coca Cola who Pepsi! Here are my remarks: I've been there since the opening because next to my place. Too bad it's not open 7 days 7. Service and reception can be improved and even more since late August-early September. The staff was almost changed after the summer vacation. Only the oldest baker said hello despite his removal from the waitresses. The previous ones were unfriendly and there it's worse! Quality deteriorates over time. Few staff, random schedule, closed on Sunday when large fee is open. I presented myself on Monday August 1st at 10am that it was not my surprise to see the rays completely empty no patisseries no special breads, nothing except breads. The seller's response to my astonishment lacks staff so no special bread. That's weird. Yesterday Tuesday 2 August I sent someone from my family to take his famous special breads since the seller had specified me tomorrow. The person came at 6:30 p.m. and found closed doors closed at 6 p.m. while the displayed hours are closed at 7:30 p.m. It turns out to a non-respect to the customers in spite of their breads that remain of good...
It's not a restaurant. The bread is good (3 different cooking). The pastries (cakes and pies) don't want to... The kings' galettes were good. The pastries are correct. What a bad staff organisation to get used: very long. I think it's partly related to the store configuration. On the other hand, not practicing the hole above the window, everyone drops the currency or what we just bought. Why isn't it open on Sunday morning and so 7 days a week?
On Saturday morning a salesman for your store... knowing that 20 people are waiting outside...why...the second seller put the bread in the oven. I like their bread, the one that is well cooked. The white wand does not deliver enough aroma (especially caramel touches). And here we can have well-cooked bread: The staff is nice and smiling. I pass from time to time and I'm not disappointed. The cabbages are miam too!
