Occasional customers at home for 5 years, I have always appreciated the quality of the products as well as the quality of the service. Unfortunately for several months, in-store waiting is getting longer and vendors, although very friendly, lack training, and visibly partners. Moreover, the order of arrival of customers is not really respected. Of course, the products are excellent, it's true, but wait 5-10 minutes for a baguette while there are only two customers before, it's one thing that could push me to go see elsewhere.
