Occasional customers at home for 5 years, I have always appreciated the quality of the products as well as the quality of the service. Unfortunately for several months, in-store waiting is getting longer and vendors, although very friendly, lack training, and visibly partners. Moreover, the order of arrival of customers is not really respected. Of course, the products are excellent, it's true, but wait 5-10 minutes for a baguette while there are only two customers before, it's one thing that could push me to go see elsewhere.
Well, I love coming to your place, already because you are so nice and also because there are lots of treats!!! And then also because you know your customers, their habits and their small requirements . Good luck and above all good luck when I look at the opinions of some, you need it!!!!
