Faithful client of Marie Blachère de crèches sur Saône, this morning 22/11/2022 at the opening (7h30), no bread available. We had to wait 20 minutes. It's a comb for a bakery not to have bread at the opening of the store. And it's not the first time. In addition, Marie Blachère, who seemed to be cheaper than the competition with the price of her wand at €0.99 (why not €1 which would have been easier for everyone), well there it's over. 1,10€ the baguette!!!! 11% increase. It's starting to do a lot. Let's finish on a positive note: bread is very good and pleasant sellers.
Lunch on 23/01/2023. This bakery is the 12th of the sign I visit and the 4th in Saône-et-Loire after Mâco-Nord, Tournus and Montceau-les-Mines. success is always at the rendezvous: quality, quantity for sandwiches, attractive prices and always fresh bread, all for a reasonable price (8e for the sandwich formula, with inflation, hard to hope better). In addition the team is efficient, fast and smiling so it is a safe value
What disappointment since December the bread is not sufficiently lifted and cooking too fast? marie chopsticks are flattened.sometimes mistled seeds below? Change of baker? of staff, clean? a crossed employee in the shop stained trousers and teeshirt also .... in the diet hygiene must be irreproachable. It's a pity because before quality was present for this type of bakery (not crafted).
