I would like to express my opinion on the welcome offered in your bakery. The quality of the products is undeniable, but the welcoming attitude of some staff members could be improved towards customers. However, I would like to congratulate one of your employees, Laurie, whose first name has stuck in my memory because her warm welcome and her smile are so memorable. It would be wise to value her caring approach and ensure that she receives the respect she deserves, particularly from one of the managers who, I have noticed, does not always speak to her appropriately .
I was the only client in the bakery. There were two people behind the counter. Not even a hint. I waited before they took care of me. Not good.
Beautiful establishments but often a lot of waiting to be served especially at peak but otherwise personal at the top! I recommend.
