Pâtisseries very above the lot in Gerardmer, always perfectly supported. Excellent copper pasta, baguette with perfect sourdough. Only the “basic” wand is not really at the level. Good point for the very smiling and very pro young seller.
Very good pastry. Good pastries are rare in Gérardmer and this one deserves to be reported. Tasty cakes, well executed and not too sweet. The bread is correct, without being exceptional, but not at all disappointing.
