For a restaurant that boast hospitality I expected better service from the bartender. When I sat down at the bar I waited more than 10 minutes with the bartender walking back and forth by me before I finally had to make an effort to get her attention just to get acknowledged and to get a menu. There were only 6 other dinners at the bar and the place was less than half empty. She was cordial, but not friendly, got the sample of beer I asked for but then took more than 10 minutes to come back to check and see what beer I had settled on. Had to make an effort to get her attention again just to order food. The person who delivered my food was great, noticing I didn't have a napkin dispenser near...

Came in during the snow day and couldn’t have been happier with our visit. Outstanding food! The burgers were delicious and creative, the boozy shake was great, and the Thai fried green beans were incredible try them with the Scott’s sauce. Unreal. Staff was incredibly friendly, fun, and attentive. Would come here time and time again!!

Wonderful customer service and the food is a classic. It's a Richmond institution and rightfully so. The burgers are solid, great flavors and options. You should definitely try their milkshakes, cannot go wrong with anything on their menu.

Great menu, fabulous milkshakes and great service! Veggie options are a plus and really delicious! Highly rated for a date night or group of friends.
