I recently visited Boulevard Seafood Company with friends, and it was the worst dining experience I 've had in years. We waited nearly 10 minutes at an empty hostess stand before being seated. Our friends ordered steamed clams, which arrived promptly, while my girlfriend and I ordered Korean BBQ chicken wings. The wings took much longer to arrive, even after our friends had finished their appetizer. When I asked our server, Christina, about the delay, she attributed it to the restaurant being busy, although about half the tables were empty. When the wings finally arrived, they looked like they were covered in Buffalo sauce, not Korean BBQ. The food runner couldn 't confirm what the sauce was...
Usually the food is very well prepared.....this time not so much..the meal at best was average ........ we will certainly revisit and perhaps this was just a one time thing....... and do NOT sit outside on a warm summer night ... the smell of garbage was awful.... we needed to go inside to complete our meal..... we like this restaurant and hope they just had a very average evening......
Our outdoor dinner was ruined by the kitchen staff's poor service. The waitress did her best, but she was unable to get our food to us in a timely manner. We waited 1 hour and 25 minutes for our main course, and 45 minutes for our appetizers. This long wait was unacceptable. By the time our mid-course arrived, my wife had lost interest in the food.
We had a wonderful evening at Boulevard Seafood. The service was excellent and not rushed. Every dish we ordered was perfectly prepared and tasted superb. Our friends are real foodies and it was their first time dining here...they loved it!
great menu fresh fish delicious corn popovers hubby had swordfish and I had tuna poke bowl so fresh and delicious. service was a tiny bit slow but very polite
