Had dinner here 7/9/21. The upstairs dining room was incredibly loud and lacked ambiance. Server was aloof, disorganized, repeatedly forgot items and had to return to the table multiple times to ask what we had just ordered. Dirty dishes piled up on the table throughout service. Server had to be reminded repeatedly that we had waited upwards of 15 minutes for things like wine glasses and clean silverware. The dish prices are easily among the highest in Memphis andunfortunately nothing about the experience warrants it. Over $30 for chicken and risotto. $19 for a cheese plate with effectively nothing on it other than four basic cheeses, some crackers and some pickled green beans. The grilled o...
Close but so far, much better meals for the money in Memphis. They have two main flaws: none of the skin was crispy and the sauce isn 't thick enough to stick. The chicken wings had a good sauce and compliments, but the skin was rubbery and we had to cut it off the bone. The chicken had the same issue as did the duck. The petite root veggies were a carrot and a radish. The duck had a good sauce, but it all went to the bottom and the noodles were so dry. Similar with thechicken, sauce didn 't stick to the corn. The drinks were good, Tiko our server was good. Other than that, disappointment.
we love bouunty, and eating was deliciously beautiful as always, but something was very off with the service at our visit it was terrible. in the hope what the problem is that it is corrected, we really love this restaurant! Brick chickens, carrots, smirk, loaded fries, sparing. all delish. Do not let their guests wait for 20 minutes before they order a drink and leave it to fall off from there. my man finally got up and went into the bar to get my club soda.
First time diner, always heard really good things about this place and maybe those times have passed. I can forgive and tolerate a restaurant being short staffed especially during these times, and a lot can be forgiven if the food is fabulous. Unfortunately it was not. Maybe this was just the brunch menu, but all 4 people in our party agreed it was just ?Okay? and for me, I won?t be back, especially at the elevated price of the food.

Seems consistent with some of the previous reviews. Very poor service and further compounded with the high priced dishes. 25min before we got our drink orders. Drinks came out after 35 minutes. Food after 1 hour. 1st waiter was very aloof the. Then they have us a different waiter that was better but now too much time has passed. Disappointing is the word?.
The portions are large and designed to be shared. Make sure to go with a group so you can try many dishes! The mixed drinks were strong. Bounty on Broad is always accommodating for larger groups and private parties.
The Food and service was excellent from the beginning!!!! Our greater was great, our waitress Winscot was attentive funny, the foot was delicious!!!!!!! Will definitely be going back!!!!!
Warm casual atmosphere, delicious food (presentation flavor), and great service. KUDOS to the management and staff, especially Scottie (our Server), for a Superb Dining Experience!

Excellent dinner and cocktails, and Caylin took very good care of us. She was so sweet and made very good recommendations on food and drinks. Ask for her if you go!!
