What a hidden gem in Middletown Ohio. (Middleton to us Northern folk) Well maybe not so hidden. As we were leaving around noon, the place was filling up fast. The food was absolutely delicious. The chicken wings as a starter are a must have. The Chicken and Waffles are too. The food is delicately crafted, full of flavor, and come on very amazing dinnerware/plating. The place is jamming with music(maybe just a little too loud for some), friendly staff, and has a good vibe. I have a feeling they will be out growing the size they are in now. Give them some love soon, you won't regret it.
My wife and I have enjoyed everything we've tried at this restaurant. The service is consistently friendly, and we've never waited more than five minutes to be seated. I'm actually glad it requires a bit of a drive for us to get there; otherwise, I’d probably visit every week. Most recently, we ordered the chicken and waffles. The chicken had a nice kick that paired perfectly with the sweet waffle. We absolutely loved the crème brûlée cheesecake as well. Our total bill usually falls between $40 and $60, including tip, depending on whether we order drinks and dessert.
You have to visit this restaurant! It's a fantastic spot with a great atmosphere! The food is excellent, and the drinks are just as enjoyable. On top of that, the service is outstanding. I can honestly say that the chicken wings might be some of the best I've ever tasted. I also had a delicious burger, and I tried my friend's chicken and waffles, which were incredible too. It felt like they were going for fine dining but missed the mark. However, they definitely charge fine dining prices. The food is great, but it has somewhat of a fast-casual feel. We sat at the bar next to the kitchen and heard the chef and the bartender make passive-aggressive comments to each other the whole time. That being said, they really do a great job on the food. Food. Drink. Service. All off the charts. Scratch kitchen. Unquestionably 5 stars. If this place was closer to where I lived I'd be there multiples times a week. No brainer to go here if you're in the area.
