I had never been to this place before because I'm not a fan of poke, but after seeing that they also serve ramen, my curiosity was piqued. The restaurant looked clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. We ordered two bowls of tonkotsu ramen, which arrived in a reasonable amount of time. Unfortunately, we found the broth to be too salty for our liking, although the noodles were cooked well. The spiced egg was delicious and the chashu was tender. The staff kindly offered to adjust the flavor if we had mentioned it earlier, but by then we were almost finished with our meal. Unfortunately, this restaurant is permanently closed. I arrived one day to find it shuttered. It would have been nice to have visited. They allowed customers to use their rewards points before shutting down. I'm just rambling now because Yelp is asking me to write more.
I LOVE everything here! I have always been a huge fan of I luv sushi and when I moved and found bowls by 39 degrees I was in heaven! Fresh food all around, AMAZING staff, very reasonable prices!! I recommend this place to EVERYONE!!

The poke at this restaurant is always fresh and creative! The staff provides the toppings I request and they appear to have a thorough understanding of the menu.
