You would have to be in a really bad mood if you didn't leave Boxoffice feeling happier than when you arrived. The coffee is top-notch, the food is clean and simple but with a touch of cafe sophistication, and the sweet treats and biscuits are absolutely delicious. The atmosphere is excellent, they welcome dogs, and there are plenty of food options to choose from. But what really sets this place apart is the staff - they are genuinely friendly and make the experience even better. It's a winning combination of a great concept and wonderful people.
The cafe was not busy but we had to call a staff member over to serve us after sitting for 10 mins with no acknowledgement. Our order of drinks and brekky was straightforward but clearly too difficult to handle. The hot choc came out (lukewarm) followed by the coffee some time later. We waited for our brekky food to appear and, after over half an hour later, we questioned a staff member as to the status of our order. She told us there was no record of it!We will not return.
Once again we visited our favourite café in Geelong West this afternoon and were met as usual with smiling, friendly, attentive and professional service. Box Office never fails to deliver! Great menu, great venue, great people. Thanks again guys keep up the good work! My boys were very content with their juices and croissant. The fan misters are a great idea for hot days like today. Stay cool :
Fantastic cafe! Great food (I was happy to see plenty of vego options for me! , fabulous coffee and super friendly and attentive staff! I definitely recommend this cute and funky shipping container cafe : great place to bring friends, family, and even the doggies! I can see why this place has such a good reputation. The team at this restaurant really knows how to brighten your day! The coffee and cold drip are both top-notch, with a rating of 10/10. The food is absolutely delicious, and the staff are fantastic. And now, with the added bonus of being able to enjoy a glass of wine, the experience is even better.
Always love the coffee... but today I had a combination of cakes for a picnic. Cakes and slices are always a guide to really good food for me, and Box Office have some of the best. The pistachio and raspberry cake was so very light and delicate, melt in your mouth. I'll be back for more :D
Terrific coffee, good food and friendly service. Have been a number of times and always leave happy. This place is right up there amongst the best on the geelong coffee and cafe scene in my opinion.
