Instead of addressing the problem promptly, he stated that he needed to call his manager, who was not available at the time. I went to this location to pick up a package since it was listed as a collection center, but they were unable to find it. A delivery driver was present and informed me that he hadn't dropped off any packages there because they consistently reject them. They called the supplier and confirmed that the package had indeed been rejected. If they don't accept deliveries, then it shouldn't be advertised as a collection center.
