Bradley's Bake Shop is Great Bakery, with food made with passion, great intent and great community from Eleanor. My wife Luz was looking for a gluten-free and dairy free bakery and found Eleanor's and her husband Jack Bradley Bake Shop. When we arrived you can feel Eleanor's passion for baking and wanting to provide the community with healthier options. The bakery itself is decorated with greenery, flowers and colored lights, and is quite cute. It has few tables inside as well as outside. When we walked in, ine of the owners greeted us, explained all the options...so kind. They offer a decent variety of baked goods in three categories...keto (sugar free), gluten free, and dairy free. They also have ice cream and 4 options for savory foods: corn bread, 2 types of empanadas (beef/chicken), keto cornbread, and chicken pot pie. I don't know about the other savory options but the empanadas are given to you frozen..no option to heat in the store, so don't expect to have a quick bite. I'm so, so late with this review! Life got real. The cake I purchased, however, was amazing! We got carrot cake, no frills and it came with cream cheese icing. It was moist and tender. The cake was mildly sweet but the icing was very sweet so it's balanced. The birthday girl and the other guest enjoyed the cake.That said I was so very appreciative and impressed by the owners customer service and willingness to communicate and work with me. I was all over the place but she took the wheel with kindness. People so often aren't patient and kind that way, in my experience. You know what you want and how they do or you get off the phone. A really good bakery with a ton of variety, it was great to try this place out for the first time! My partner has various allergies and while we do enjoy baking, it was great to find somewhere with options for her. The owners husband (sorry, we didn't catch his name! was very welcoming and helpful with questions we had regarding allergens (in this case almonds and overall added to experience. Visiting from Canada this past weekend, my sister brought me to Bradley Bake Shop for GF cupcakes for my nephew's HS grad.They were delicious!We ended up getting a number of other goodies, and when we got home, I had the blueberry oatmeal cookie... it was amaaazing! I mean WOW.To top it off (both whipped cream and cherry), Eleanor was just wonderful; a kind, honest, happy, and inspiring human being.I'm so glad my sister and family found your shop, and I highly recommend it regardless of whether or not you're GF, vegan, or vegetarian. ?Cheers!
What a sweet couple! Every time I visit they treat me like a guest in their own home. It’s very difficult to find a keto-friendly bake shop and when I found out this little diamond in the ruff was nearly 4 mins from my residence, I was going every single week to stock up on goodies ?They have some new options each time I go, too. And the other critical point: you can taste the love put into each item. She really has a passion for what she does and that’s so inspiring to see nowadays!
This bakery is delicious!! I have a gluten and dairy intolerance and my daughter has an egg allergy and we found something for everyone! The chocolate chip cookies were amazing! I had the biscuits and a red velvet cupcake and they were delicious too! The owners are really nice. I am so excited to have found this place and can’t recommend it enough!
Super delicious and I was still on ketosis after eating them! The owner is also so kind. The price is high but it is worth it. I loved empanada(heated), carrot cake and other small cakes. Thank you so much for having this bakery and hope you expand your bakery at Fort Lee.
They have amazing gluten free empanadas! And vegan empanadas as well! Eleanor, the owner, is always so sweet and helpful and I love trying the different bakery items. The peanut butter, banana mini-cake was absolutely delicious!
