We had suffered through a very dispiriting lunch prepared by people who seemed to have lost all interest in actual food and were serving up stuff that just didn't care about taste or about us. So when a local said, "Oh you went THERE! Try Bradley's Bakery" we thought an afternoon treat later in the day might be a good thing.
