We were here for the first time for breakfast. We have always gone to the highlands, but we have decided to try this closer home. Eating was great, but unfortunately the server and service was not. She was a Latina with glasses, I didn't catch her name. We were tired, we waited, they skipped us and took the order of the others who arrived 5/10 minutes later when we spoke to him, giving them a small attitude. Further, to skip us and visit others, we had to stop them for them to visit us. It was very regrettable, the place is beautiful and food was great, but it made our experience very unpleasant!!
I have been coming here for years, from breakfast to dinner never disappoints. It has the old diner type feel with dinner fair that is better than the rest. They also have great daily deals such as 1.99 hardshell tacos on Tuesday. Breakfast is huge and hearty and there biscuits in gravy are a must try. Fair prices good quality a gem in the sunrise center.
Most employees are not very friendly and usually serve you with an attitude. If you go to a late breakfast, as you say the lunchtime, you can expect hard cookies and gravy to be served, and the potatoes their (home) are always understated. If the food is nice and fresh, the food is really delicious!
Liver and onions is an acquire taste. I grew up with this stuff. and they cook it to perfection. the bacon is just a magical touch
