We celebrated a family milestone at the Brands Hatch Spa. Private dining was amazing, the food, service and overall experience was so nice. Connor looked after us and really did go the extra mile. It really was a great night. My parents and auntie and uncle stayed at the hotel and made the most of the facilities as well!! Rooms: 5 Service: 5 Location: 5 Hotel highlights: Luxury
No heating which when you pay that amount of money did expect that all to be checked before check in. Rooms weren't that wonderful either. We got an annex room, again not specified when booking that this was what we'd get. Pool disappointing very shallow, under ground and atmosphere oppressive.
