I have been to brandy's a few times. Last time I was there, I asked for a cup of cheese and two creamy garlic dressing with my order and I was charged for that but I never got them. Because the guy packing my order was yelling so loud on a girl at the register , maybe he should stop yelling at the girl and focus more on orders. I see him banging the ladies restroom door when I quickly moved away because that's not nice.I did not call back to the restaurant about my missing order because it is not worth. Wednesday August 16 we went to the Schaumburg location, with our sports discount card in hand (fall sports are selling these in every school sport right now-nice deal at Brandy's).The staff said they couldn't honor the deal on the card because the manager wasn't there right now and the manager had to scan something. Huh? First week these are out.Disappointing.Our chicken gyros was good, as always. Just expensive.
I ordered the chicken gyro meal deal and requested some hot sauce from the attendant at the pickup counter. The food was definitely worth it. It's a great option for fast food dining in or taking out. The menu offers a satisfying mix of indulgent American flavors combined with Mediterranean-style ingredients.
I have to say, I previously had a negative experience here, but the staff and management have really turned things around. The restaurant is exceptionally clean, and the service is fantastic. The staff is wonderful as well. The BBQ chicken and Greek potatoes are outstanding!

I ordered the fish and chips and a baked potato. The fish was so greasy and looked liked something you would get from the dollar store freezer. The baked potato was definitely microwaved and was inedible. The only thing decent was the fries.
This place has the best food I've ever had. I've been enjoying their salads and sandwiches for 25 years, and I've never been disappointed. My grown kids, who now have their own families, also wish there was a Brandys nearby!

Good spot to grab a bite. Had their gyros sandwich and greek potato. Meat was delicious and the potatoes were good too staff was accommodating and quick. will return.
