I 'm not sure why the description says Chicken Restaurant but its actually a grill where you can get different grilled meats of your choice. This place has the best Filet Mignon when compared to other Rodizios and Churrascos on the Copacabana beach. They give you at least 16oz at half the price of any 8oz portion in most US restaurants. The only thing I don 't like is that Brazilians like their steak over salted but that can be avoided by asking them to use half the salt they normally use. The Filet is tender and melts in your mouth. It comes with some sides but I didn 't bother to even try them. This is a little sidewalk café off the main road and its easy to miss, so use your google maps!
This was a very intriguing location I found through Google maps. It 's definitely a very simple restaurant, limited seats, and very rustic . The food however is exquisite!!! This place head the softest beef cut I 've tried this trip to Rio, they also roasted it MEDIUM without a request which is how it should be done. All other meats were flavourful and the meal for 2 serves 3 easily as most places in Rio. Also the prices are to return often! You 'll definitely like it!!!
The best food and the best service in the whole of Rio de Janeiro. So authentic and so delicious! Try half a filet mignon with rice, farofa, mixed salad and black beans. Chicken is also amazing and caipirinhas feels just right.
