Food was ok, though plain and not very tasty. Dessert was better and good, especially the crêpe. But staff was somehow stressed out all the time even with a mostly empty restaurant. They were very unattentive and could not get a smile on their face. They all looked as if they just fought an argument (and lost). Trying to pay took at least 20 minutes and had to be asked twice. Overall ok, but we're trying someplace else next time.
With our family (2 adults and 2 kids) we had dinner. Also last year we were here during our stop-over from NL to South France. We ordered one pizza for our two kids. That was no problem and of course pizza for us. The pizzas were vert tastful, fresh and had a nice thin bottom. Perfect!
We stopped here by chance on a trip through the countryside. I loved my salad- fresh greens, bacon, Roquefort, croutons and light dressing. The setting was nice, the service a bit abrupt but we all loved what we ordered. Trying to recreate my salad at home!

friendly staff, food nice, we have eaten here about 7 times, nothing bad at all. Coffee typically French, but nice. We will continue to use when we are in Argenton

Visited on a Sunday lunchtime. Sat outside and it was a nice atmosphere. Food was OK, really reasonably priced though. Great stop off in Argenton.
