very chic and romantic restaurant with a very friendly team and a little care for its guests. ideal for a romantic dinner, we had the chance to be placed at an isolated table that strengthened the intimate setting. the kitchen is refined and of excellent quality, but can be too classic because we expected more surprises for price, even if the value for money is respected. The aperitif house is very good! a heartfelt blow for the Paris-Brest that is succulent! count 37€ for the evening menu with input/plat/dessert where 3 different choices are offered to each part. the choice for the accompaniment of the dish is made between rice, salad, potatoes, campagnard potatoes or green beans.
the very beautiful Franco-Brewery, which had periled after more and more doubtful occasions, reborn from its ashes with the chavant cuisine, imprint of classicism and justness. dishes are tasty, and served quite quickly with multiple accompaniments for each of them. Although sometimes lacking a hint of seasoning, we treat ourselves for a rather correct price. the sommelier's recommendations are simple and informed. We will finally enjoy the elegant service and very attentive staff, with a hint of humor to decorate the atmosphere of this brewery with intimate and chic décor.

Ristorante molto elegante nel centro di Lione,ci siamo andati su consiglio del personale dell'hotel. Servizio molto composto ed attento alle intolleranze alimentari di mia moglie,prodotti molto buoni. Abbiamo fatto una degustazione di antipasti ed abbiamo preso un secondo a testa. Tutto davvero buono,il conto un po' alto.

We happened to be out walking and found this place and decided to eat here for dinner..they accepted our dog as well which was key for the night.
