A brewery that keeps its promises. A really nice and smiling team. A typical deco of this kind of restaurant A map that makes you want to test everything and a map of controlled wines. We loved the kidneys and the risotto. A si, seul flat : the obligation to book if you necessarily wish to have dinner on the weekend :

When we went to Angers, we went to this brewery following a recommendation and it was without regret to the contrary. Everything was perfect from the entrance to the homemade dessert, it sees and feels. Bravo also to the team for its welcome and kindness. I recommend:

An institution, I have been there for 28 years and the quality is always at the rendezvous in a friendly setting. Unfortunately you have to book, it is the ransom of success. And the floating islands remain a wonder.

Arrivals around 1 p.m. without reservation, crowded restaurant we waited only 10mn to enjoy succulent dishes with a small Côteau du Layon perfect while waiting
