Dit restaurant zojuist bezocht en het was een zeer slechte ervaring.Na een ruime 10 minuten mochten we onze bestelling doorgeven. Vervolgens duurde het vrij lang voor we de wijn kregen die ook nog eens van zeer slechte kealiteit was.Daarna heeft het bijna een uur (!!!) geduurd voordat we ons eten kregen. Er waren op dat moment zeer weinig andere gasten.De eendenborst was hard doorbakken en bij de cheeseburger was het vlees oneetbaar en aangebrand.Ook het broodje met daarin een vastgepakt plakje kaas was aangebrand en niet te eten.Een absolute afraden en ik zou hier zeker niet gaan eten.
One of the highlights of Frejus three years ago was this main square and the reliable simple pleasures of the brasserie Hermes. This time we went out of our way to revisit it and was rewarded once again with simple enjoyable dining at relatively affordable prices in a lovely location. If only more if the cote d'azur was so well served. I say relatively because of sterling weakness, everything in south of France is pricey. But in this context, worth every penny.
Hier heerlijk met zijn tweetjes gegeten op het terras met prachtig uitzicht op het gemeentehuis en de kathedraal. Het eten kwam snel, het was ook erg rustig (maandag buiten het seizoen) en was zeer smakelijk (Cheeseburger en Tartare de boeuf), maar de desserts waren het hoogtepunt. De Crème brulee was uitstekend en een zeer mooie portie en het geserveerde ijs bevatte heerlijke verse vruchten. Zeer goed gegeten voor brasserie normen voor nog geen 50 euro!

home smiling from the patron saint upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised by the quality of what we ate: a hearty salad, very good cooked meat as requested accompanied by small cooked vegetables and super fries! Even coffee was very good! We'll be back.
Nice view of the market square and cathedral but slow service. Food was nice and plentiful but had to wait a long time for it to arrive. Even the French people next to us queried how long it took!
We came on June 2. Evening is quiet, not too many gums. Menù has a good price. excellent quality and exhibition of professional dishes! We'll be back next week!

Ok spisested, uden at være en kulinarisk oplevelse. Helt almindelige rettet, med en god smag. Priserne er ikke høje og svarer meget godt til kvaliteten.
