I went with my wife and two daughters there, and honestly it was a bad experience. we tried to order fish and chips, but the waiter came back and said they ran out of fishing. we tried not to order a fleischburger and a fischburger after the waiter “proposed” to us meat and we soon discovered that there is no fischburger left. we went for two meatburgers, one without a cheese (my wife hates cheese) and we got a meatburger and a sweetburger for my wife, then replaced by a meatburger with cheese. We had to complain because the water was literally served for the children at the end of the meal. not least the room was really cold. for 100€ for two burgers and two pastas, we have earned more and...
Really love this place - every time we go to Avignon, we try to drop in. Service is excellent (thank you Vincent), prices are keen and food is just what you would expect from a top end French brasserie - oysters were lovely - it's on the main drag up to the main square
eating was extremely disappointing. one of the fish nets, of which 90% consisted of dry, tasteless vegetables. 3 tiny overcrowded garnel, 5 tone undercrowded mussels and a small piece of overcrowded cod. other dishes on the table not much better.
very good brewery, we eat very well and we feel good. pleasant service and very affordable prices. I strongly recommend this establishment in the heart of Avignon.
