not been to the food but I got beers from the lisle market on tarn. Beers didn't disappoint. The stout was excellent and charlys was just the right amount of bitter. as a non-filtered and non-pasteurized beer, the yeast of stout is now the starting culture for my leaven (levain) ... with impatience !!! Martial is an artist, his Brasserie Gilbert's is made up of a myriad of creations that range from light and refreshing blonde beer to old-fashioned brown beer in Caol Ila whisky barrels, passing through the amber redhead, the IPA etc. It's a treat to taste these wonders by listening to Martial tell the stories of his beers. Extraordinary old red beer was whiskey !! and what to say other beers !! we were warmly received by a passionate brasseur, the local doesn't pay a mine but don't trust it, don't miss it, you won't be disappointed...
very well maintained and clean place. very friendly reception of sandra with good advice. small apartment on the size of the rooms has narrow and cleanliness in the surrounding streets but it is the sicilia.!

An excellent local brewer, after several years shaping the taste of his beers is really refined. We feel passion in the gustative evolution of beer. Small production made with love.
