I/we have been using this restaurant for more years than I can remember, alwats loved it, the staff, the food and the ambience. Re visited this monthMay 2022 and had dinner, first night, Lunch and dinner second night, Served by a wonderful smiling waitress who completely helped to enjoy our meal (like me shealso likes floating islands) Unfortuantly no longer on the menu (shame) Looking forward to our next visit hopefullu quite soon as I/we love Montriuel and the people and of course Brasserie Le Caveau.
