super seafood tray!!! well fresh ! and other delicious menus !! very good service!! beautiful sun-protected terrace, but come early on weekends to settle there. the room inside is also very pleasant!! We'll go back! Great seafoods! everything is fresh from the sea. many other delicious dishes on the menu!! very nice protected terrace in the sun. arrive early to get a table on the terrace. the indoor restaurant area is also very pleasant. we will return!
Altogether a good experience despite two hiccups over food. The escargots were excellent as were the chicken livers, once the veal livers were replaced by what had been ordered. The steak tartare was well prepared and presented though it proved to be too large a portion for it to be finished. Meanwhile, the smoked haddock and spinach dish was excellent, that is after it was re-presented with the fish properly heated. Service was very good
wie der Name schon sagt liegt die Brasserie Le Central absolut zentral in Trouville, direkt vis-à-vis vom Marché aux Poissons, dem Fischmarkt. Man kann die Brasserie Le Central nicht übersehen und sie wirkt auch einladend. Allerdings geht die Größe ein wenig zu Lasten der Gemütlichkeit. Insgesamt etwas hektische Atmosphäre. Man kann hier aber gut mal einkehren, solide Brasserie ohne Überraschungen

Arrivés bien tard un samedi soir … pas de souci on est accueilli et on peut dîner … Testé le saumon, les moules à la crème .. le foie gras et le filet… bons plats prix en conséquence.. même si un peu élevés rien à redire bonne adresse …
