in professional training in the industrial zone, we were looking for a place less noisy than the brewery where we had lunched the day before. Not so far, it's by chance that we found this brewery the colibri. The front is catchy, like English pub . super nice welcome by two gentlemen with cap.Not good and famillial cuisine, in a quiet athmosphere despite the world. Quick and attentive service, everything was perfect. Oh, yes, a dessert that you don't find too much, lemon givré! super pleasant and reminds me of my childhood!
The brewery is rebuilt to nine, the frame is nice. the dishes are good and very well cooked with fresh products (viandes and dishes of the delicious days). On the flat side, the more time passes and the less desserts seem to be made home, the service is often long, and the fare is in the end a little higher than in the surrounding restaurants (which was justified at the beginning by the quality of the products, a little less now I find (damage!))
the brewery is clean, we eat in/out/out dessert for about 20 euros (which is a bit more expensive than the surrounding breweries), and the service is rather fast for little that we choose the dishes of the day; Anyway, it's a good thing. On the other hand, I found the sauce of the dishes a little too abundant and a little too liquid, it's a taste but good. After all we are not in a gastronomic restaurant.
I have lunched 2 days in a colibri during a professional trip. And, frankly, it was very good. the choice offered for the formula at 16,50€ is well proportioned: dish with entrance or dessert (3 or 4 choices for each category). the frame is agreable doesn't worry too much to find a place to park and the dish is good and copyy but it depends! a my opinion they don't mix well the sauces which makes us meet with types of liquid sauces and without too many tastes service a bit long the noon but it remains correct
We eat very well, and even the dishes we were simmering in our moms! The owners are welcoming and always at your disposal. a little retro musical atmosphere (70/80) there is always a pleasant moment. You'll always be welcome to our hat restorers!
