From the complete menu, two dishes stood out, the egg in the egg which exploded with a thousand flavors and the main course with excellent quality meat and perfect cooking. Ich habe es geschafft, ein paar Monate in Payerne zu leben, dank dieser absolut fantastischen Brasserie. Es ist auch die beste, in der ich bisher in der Schweiz gewesen bin. The cook goes to great lengths but the combinations are too extravagant. We were very disappointed. But it’s not for lack of trying to be innovative. We had a great time this Saturday at the Notre Dame brasserie. Discreet and attentive service, excellent menu with fresh and seasonal products, and a great choice of wines!
