We took a foie gras to share in 2 (which is very well) and in dishes a horse crunch and salmon pie, with as dessert an apple pie with vanilla ice. We appreciated our meal, the products were fresh and tasteful. The underground room is less louder than the large room, we were in a cozy and calmed atmosphere very appreciable. The waiter always shows a big smile with some jokes, which is appreciable. A very good general experience near the Cathedral, 4 stars because it is not also the “best” restaurant we were able to try during our stay, but it does not degrade it.
Simple but so perfectly cooked food and presented without fuss as it should be. Very relaxed dining we just couldn't fault Brasserie Paul on a very hot day after sightseeing till we dropped. The staff are extremely helpful. Good English spoken but they so appreciate you making the effort whenever possible to speak in French which we should afterall. The Crepes!!!. To die for totally blew us Both away. Can't recommend brasserie Paul high enough. Not expensive and great food. Totally relaxing. Will visit again hopefully soon.
The staff is very welcoming and helpful, and the kitchen is very good and good value for money. In the entrance the rich salad was delicious with in a foie gras with a very refined taste, in dish the cider chicken is excellent and the salad served with also, I also advise their croques-monsieur with very authentic taste. Clearly go your eyes closed you will not be disappointed without counting the incredible number of choices on the map!
Very good service and cooking beef respect. I'm a restaurateur too and it's great to find this kind of brewery again today with a quality value mastered. The mixed board for 2 is perfect to start a meal. Pepper sauce crushed with well-stocked beef fillet (can be too small hair) but I like it like that. And the cider who accompanied our local meal and service in ice bag and very good as well. Anyway I recommend

We got an excellent service always with a smile, and very helpful with the .They actually have two restaurant next to each other, one for complete mealsand one for sandwiches and snacks, both are great your order will be taken by either one of the location as they are next to each other. Toilets were very clean.
Arriving on Sunday evening, it's hard to do better: an old and renowned open brewery, impeccable service, quite correct rates and the same acabit kitchen. What if I'm not coming back?
Excellent moment, good food value for money, nicer servers one another and you feel that it's not even forced.. Thanks for the good time!
