We came here on a lunch break while visiting the Jasmine Moran Children's Museum. My daughter, who *very rarely* tries new food, loved her visit here. She keeps talking about wanting to go again! The burgers and chicken fingers were great, and everythingwas hot. The two negatives were that the service was slow at the counter and the drink machines were down, so they had to fillfrom behind the counter. I'm assuming those were not everyday issues, though. We would definitely visit again when in the area!
The service here was exceptional. I've been to many Braum's locations while on the road, and this was by far the best experience I've ever had. Everything was spotless, and the staff greeted everyone with friendly smiles that really made the atmosphere feel warm and welcoming. Typically, Braum's is known for its quick service, but my meal was served even faster than expected, and it was incredibly fresh! Overall, it was an excellent experience, and I will definitely be returning more often!
Went through for some single dip kid CUPS , received cones, nicely asked them to put in cup for the littles. Got 2 large fries that were very old and not at all edible, nicely asked if we could pull up and wait for some fresh ones, the lady at the windowdid not seem pleased, we waited 5 minutes if that which was great but when we got them they were not cooked all the way through.The sweet tea tastes like water and the Dr pepper we received tasted bad . Disappointed.
I recently visited the Braum's in Seminole, and although the ice cream was delicious, I was let down by the way it was served. I ordered two scoops of peppermint ice cream on a waffle cone, but by the time I received it, the cone was already melting and dripping down the sides. This isn't the level of quality I expect from a restaurant.

They have the best burgers and ice cream. Service needs help. They messed my burger up in drive thru so I went in the restaurant. By the time my burger was fixed right, my fries were cold. Over all food is usually good, but service stinks.
Get a chicken sandwich through the drive through. The crispy chicken was soggy like it had been out for most of the day. Not the first time this has happened. Won?t be going back since they are too lazy to cook a sandwich fresh.
Very friendly people the sweet lady who welcomed my order made my day. The food was fast and hot. And cherry lime can't best be on a hot day.
The restaurant is spotless, featuring a fantastic menu and outstanding staff. The atmosphere is professional, warm, and respectful.

Went through the drive thru with a pretty sizeable order. Food was ready quick and employees were very friendly.
We really enjoy spending Wednesday evenings with our church family at this place.
