Despite the enticing cakes, we were left feeling disappointed and upset by the service we received at the restaurant. The attitude of the staff, particularly the two women serving us, was terrible. We were scolded for not adhering to social distancing rules, even though there were only our group and one other person in the shop. It was frustrating to see that neither the other person nor the staff were wearing face coverings themselves. The sign outside also seemed unwelcoming, stating something like 'please wear a face covering, this is Scotland not England'. Not the first time we have visited this baker, primarily because it’s got amazing products, beautiful cakes and bread. Sadly however we were extremely disappointed and shocked at the complete absence of any customer service. No please, or smile, no thank you, no eye contact just grunts. This didn’t just happen once it happened twice within a couple of hours. Very disappointing, such a shame as it spoilt what could have been a lovely experience. Won’t be back if these people behind the till.

Awful to have to review such good products on poorest customer service I have seen in years !! Neither member of service staff spoke said please thankyou or even looked at us ! I have worked in retail all my life and would never allow any staff to treat customers in this way. Shocking and ruined the whole experience of a fantastic little bakery

I popped in for sour dough bread as I'd never tried it before , they don't have any on monday's as they have to bake it so I ordered paid in advance as they sell out very quick picked it up on tuesday wasn't disappointed it was delicious they also have good range of cakes Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch

We popped in for some lunch to take with us on our walks today and I have to say the Pies we had were brilliant. Mince, steak and Macaroni pies will delicious. The donuts we also bought to reward us after a long way waking were just exactly what we needed.

Every time we are in Aberfeldy, we make sure to stop by this restaurant. The staff is consistently friendly, the food is delicious, and the prices are reasonable. We particularly enjoy the curry pie slice and the Irn Bru donut. Highly recommend!

Stopped for a quick take away breakfast. Coffee was machine made but good. Savory and sweet baked items were delicious. Breads looked great as well, but we didn't purchase any. Would definitely stop again.

Biggest fluffliest loaf of bread and yummiest family has ever eaten. Also yummy beef and sausage pies. Do go early as they sell out.

Good filled rolls a great variety of bread, cakes pastries etc., good tea coffee, just what we needed.
