I returned to Maui hoping to find a nutritious breakfast bowl, and I was pleased to discover that they are still in business. However, they are only open on Tuesdays at the Wailea Village Market. The owner is vegan-friendly and the dishes are deliciously nutritious. Just be aware that the bee pollen is not vegan. Overall, a fantastic way to begin the day!
