The front of the house service is very attentive, warm, and polite here, which is refreshing. Brelundi restaurant is a full service restaurant serving breakfast, lunch and dinner. They offer both alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages such as wine, and imported sparkling mineral water. They will offer you bread. They are making house cured mortadella, etc, which really impressed me. I enjoyed their eggplant Caponata on their anti pasti plate, whose sauce is sweet with golden raisins, and their buttery proscuitto. Saturday date night with my wife. We didn't have a reservation but wanted to try it after seeing it on the phantom gourmet. The staff was very accommodating and got us seated right away. At first we ended up at the bar and enjoyed the Italian wedding soup and some arancini. Later they were able to move us to a table after a no-show reservation.For my main course I had the Pollo con crema and my wife had the vegetable risotto. My family and I went to Brelundi without a reservation and the host moved several tables around to accommodate us. Our server was attentive without smothering us.Our food was amazing!!! I got the pesto ravioli. I ate 1/3 of it and it remained hot even when it came time to pack it up. I was super impressed by this!There is limited seating next time we will make a reservation and you should too ; You will not be disappointed!
We recently hired Brelundi to provide the catering for our wedding day. I must say that I was blown away by both the food and the service provided. We dealt with Sarah and she gave excellent suggestions regarding delivery items and menu items which both had a positive impact. We stopped here for breakfast this morning. The food was excellent. I had the breakfast sandwich with spinach, red pepper and mozzarella. It was delicious--far above the usual breakfast sandwich. The service was wonderful and the place has a great ambiance.
Attended family group birthday party. Owner and staff were totally attentive and gracious. Food was ample and tasty. Owner made the occasion special by leading the group in songs to celebrate the birthday. Wheelchair accessibility: First floor location.
Great authentic Italian here in Waltham! Cozy environment, friendly staff, generous portions. Dinner options are delicious, but definitely try the breakfast, too! It is 100% our go-to spot.
