Excellent address! The welcome is friendly, the pancakes are very good and well stocked. We go there regularly and we are never disappointed. What I particularly appreciated the first time I came was the note which indicates that you can ask to modify your pancake, both in terms of the content and the cooking etc... and that it just ask.
