We made a last-minute reservation for a table for 21 people to celebrate my daughter's 11th birthday and the restaurant was very accommodating. The seating area was beautifully decorated with sweets and a banner. The manager, Antonia, was very attentive and patient with us. The servers, Marina, Finn, and Cameron, were amazing according to my daughter and did a great job despite our large group. The food was delicious, arrived hot, and had a wide variety to cater to everyone's preferences. I would definitely recommend this restaurant.
I recently moved to Telford and tried my first Brewers Fayre restaurant. I took my family out for a meal to thank them for all their help, so we decided to go to The Clock Tower. I was very impressed with the hot meals and excellent service we received, especially considering there were thirteen of us. A special thank you to Autonia.
We went for a family breakfast at the clock tower. All staff were lovely, especially Gail, who went above and beyond to ensure we had a lovely experience. The breakfast was so nice, there was a good selection of pastries, drinks and cereals. I definitely recommend.
Absolutely spot on breakfast thanks to Dougie the chief all piping hot this was mine and my husband first time having breakfast at the clock tower Gail was so helpful and a lovely lady her customer service is outstanding , we will be returning very soon x

I'm a regular here and normally have great service, but I'm not sure what's changed a 40 minute wait to be served barely luke warm food. Offered a discount on next visit but seriously ever going again
We went for my cousins 18th breakfast meal and the staff were beyond lovely especially Gail. She’s a star and her energy is brilliant. She made our day! Food was lovely too thanks to Chef Jodie <3

Very good breakfast. Well cooked to order by Dougie. Poached eggs were perfect. Gail our server was very polite and helpful. Great service.
