Don't waste your money waited over an hour for meal and when it eventually turned up the burger bun was rock hard and there was nothing in it, only cheese with no salad chips were cold but didn't expect anything less husband...had a full plate of fat following his steak, only small mouth fulls rest was fat chips, peas and onion rings were cold and steak was luke warm son had the burger which had a couple of long blond hairs hanging out of it and again his chips were cold he returned the burger asking for onions, gerkins and toms to be removed however it returned with everything in his burger bun was rock hard but at least his meal was hot other son asked for steak and salad and received stea...
Unfortunately had dinner here as we were staying at the adjacent Premier Inn. Service was slow due to there only being one person staffing the bar and taking food orders. The quality of our food was poor, it's mainly reheated dishes, servers obviously know the...quality is poor they drop you food off and leaving you to it, nobody comes back to check if everything is OK. The quality has plummeted since our last visit a few years. Even though we paid for you have breakfast we gave it a miss after our experience of dinner. Last visit from us to this restaurant
We came here for my mother's event. We were seated in a private area and the food was served promptly and delicious. My father was pleased with the variety of options. However, the gluten-free sandwiches were not enjoyable as there was no spread to hold the filling and only chips on the side. We were unsure of the amount of food we would receive, so we ordered a large quantity. Additionally, we were charged extra for coffee. I am giving a rating of 4 stars because the restroom facilities were inadequate, with only one available toilet that was not clean.
Had a nice meal here yesterday good food, friendly staff BUT lost points as the first THREE hand sanitisers on entering the restaurant were EMPTY. Not very re-assuring as to overall care taken with regard to hygiene. Only had success with the fourth sanitiser...so lucky we brought our own. Held a small family wake at Bobbing Apple. Daniel the Manager was extremely helpful in advising on food choices. Food was plentiful, delicious and well presented. All the staff were super helpful, special thanks to Poppy who kept the drinks flowing and made sure we...had all we needed.
The staff is very polite and professional. The food is tasty, although its quality can vary depending on how busy the restaurant is. They handle problems effectively. My niece and nephew love the kids' menu here, so we will definitely be returning regularly!
I had never been to this restaurant before today, but I will definitely be coming back! The meat and vegetable selection was excellent, particularly the steaks and the cauliflower cheese. We are excited for our next visit.
Went to the bobbing apple with my daughter and the staff were amazing they helped me get a highchair, and even did table service for me as I couldn’t go to the bar to order. Amazing team well done Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
