Been to this premierinn a dozen times but it is now showing its age particularly the restaurant it needs a make over or at least kept tidy tables left full and not cleared and the floor looks as if it hadn't been swept in days. The seats in the bar area were filthy and not cleaned, in the last few days there was food on the floor and hadn't been cleaned in last few days, hotel was clean and tidy but don't think if we stayed here again the restaurant will be our first port of call.
popped in for quick breakfast after doing 24 hr shift in much need of some food before going on to do do 2 more shifts . husband was in tow as dropping me off to next job . the lady who served us was amazing she knew i was on time limit and was quick with our order . also very polite and friendly . food was amazing not sure if they have new chef as not eaten here for a while but wow the food sooo good and presentation was amazing .
Excellent food and service. Festive menu Steak in mushroom and white wine sauce was absolutely devine..would easily cost £25 in nearby top restaurants!! Our daughter has a garlic intolerance and they went above and beyond to serve safe prawn cocktail and Salmon...nothing was too much trouble for Rob...or the excellent service by Becky...looking forward to our next visit..xxx
Would just like to thank Becky for how amazing she was, this was our third visit recently after not coming for years. We are local but past experiences were not great. We have been a few times before and it has been fine, but today we went and had the festive menu. It was super, the food was really good. Rob the manager and chef was excellent and Becky who delivered to our table was really great, very efficient and very courteous. The festive menu is really good value for money.
Great spot for evening meal with the family. Stopped by on the way to see family and it was fantastic. Customer service was on point all around. We had gammon and mixed grill the kids had spag boll and mac and cheese. Fantastic. Would highly recommend
Came in here for a quick bite with the husband. Loved the vegetarian burger. Came out nice and fast. Place was lovely and clean and Rebecca was so lovely, attentive and outgoing. Will be back!
Just called here for Sunday Lunch and I can say it was the best we have had in a long time ,easily as good as what you could make at home ,generous serving of Roast Beef Gammon or Turkey Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
Excellent clean conveniently positioned for my place of business. Staff helpful couldn’t do enough to assist me. Big free car parking area. Couldn’t ask for more.
