This is a small shop with a limited selection of ice cream and macarons. I noticed there were no prices displayed, but I’ve read that the macarons cost $4.00 each. Unfortunately, nothing really caught my eye, and the staff seemed overwhelmed, so I decided to leave. I've had high-end macarons in Paris that were around $3.00 each with unique flavors, and they were definitely worth the price. I've also found some excellent options in the U.S. for about $2.00 each. For anyone in Michigan, I recommend the tea house in Ann Arbor.
The previous reviewer seems to be from a different reality. While I do value that the ice cream is sourced locally and is hormone-free—and I'm open to paying a little extra for it—the prices were actually quite reasonable compared to what you'd typically find. The color-changing spoons that reacted to temperature were a fun and enjoyable addition. As for the ice cream, I found it to be quite good. I tried the peanut butter flavor, which was a bit too firm for my liking, but overall, it was a satisfying experience.
This is a must stop for every ice lover! The aromas are unique, seasonal and tasty. We finished ordering strawberry shortcakes, rum-chata, salted caramel, lavender blueberry and vanilla. Fresh, creamy and delicious. They also have fresh Macaroons and cookies that were also excellent. Service was helpful and excellent. Will be back.
Glad we visited here. The ice cream selection isn't huge and the prices aren't low (though still lower than the nearby Kilwins) but it has a unique homemade quality that I really enjoyed. My wife got strawberry flavor and that was quite good; the caramel one I had was delicious!
