I went there a few weeks ago I will never go back. It deserves -1 star if you ask me. The shop seemed clean and the bagels were tasty however there was a woman I believed was the boss I heard someone call her Dorris. She was so rude to her employees. She was yelling and speaking to them in such a demeaning way. I felt so sorry for the workers dealing with a boss like that. This was in clear view of me and the others standing in line. I'm surprised she even can keep employees with her bad attitude. I work in the service industry and will not support a business that treats their workers so poorly and just downright disrespectful. So I won't be back to this place ever again!
The bagels at this restaurant are delicious, but unfortunately, the service left a bad taste in my mouth. After placing our order and waiting patiently to be called, I had to inquire about it half an hour later. Despite the busyness of the establishment, the staff gave me attitude and blamed me for not being called, as they don't call out names for phone orders. It was frustrating to be overlooked and receive no apology or acknowledgement of their mistake. Mistakes happen, but the lack of respect and apology was disappointing.
I have been eagerly waiting to review Brielle Bagels. During my summer stay with friends in Manasquan, we would often visit this spot after late nights out for a bacon egg and cheese and a coffee. Unfortunately, Brielle Bagels serves hard bagels that may risk chipping a tooth! Our sandwiches usually lacked some of the advertised ingredients, leaving us disappointed. Overall, the experience was consistently bad. I would recommend exploring other dining options in the area to avoid disappointment.
Solid bagel spot been going to for years around the shore. Loading on the pork roll correctly and delicous bake on the bagels. Tried the French toast bagel and it was pretty good as well. Best with butter. They were great for carryout definitrly recommend ordering ahead of time to beat the busy times. Coffee was really good and it wasn't crazy expensive! No objections here!

Fantastic bagel joint. I've heard some locals say their bagels are the best in the area, and I can't say I disagree. Terrific sandwiches, omelettes and more! The place also has a great atmosphere- In fact, I come in multiple times a week! Overall, 5 stars, and if you're a bagel-holic like me, i definitely recommend for all your bageling needs!
Ordered HEC hot sauce on toasted everything. It was ok. Bagel was dull. Not enough salt added to the yeast. Even the over abundance of seeds on bagel couldn't help. Portion size was good for a normal on the go breakfast. Hot sauce was fine. Place is a local hangout and everyone was friendly. I put it on my calendar to try again next year.
I entered Brielle bagels today at 1:50. Their website said the close at 3:00 but a sign outside said otherwise (2:00). I walked inside (1:50) and she said it was 2:00 and I asked if they were closed. She looked me in my eye and waved without saying anything. I walked out after the poor hospitality and went to dunkin donuts.
The ambiance is relaxed and enjoyable, with a wide selection of delicious food, drinks, and coffee. The staff is friendly and casual. I will definitely be returning.
