I ordered chicken Milanese… the chicken is small,thin, dark coating, very dried, hard to cut.. hardly see the chicken.. It’s so sad… Calamari.. numerous times given opportunity to order, hope better, just the inconsistency, at times just right, many times, the calamari appeared to have freezer burn, dry, chewy. This supposedly popular items.. the flavor is good. I think sadly to say, Brios food quality somewhat decreased with time.. it’s sad, because Brios is a nice place, just can’t live it up to the standards.. I’m kind hesitate to return… unless no other choice.
We had a lovely lunch. The food was excellent and the wait staff superb. We would like to complement Samantha who was our wait staff. She is friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and WONDERFUL to work with. We go to Brio’s frequently, and she always has our drink order ready for us by the time we’re seated. She truly makes this experience special and wonderful for us. We love the food at Brio’s, but we also love the wait staff. We’d also like to complement Dominique who is also one of the wait staff we’ve had in the past. She is outstanding too. 
The food tasted amazing. My husband had the lasagna and liked it better than mine. It was very flavorful!!! I had a chicken strawberry salad. It too was also good, but I should have ordered the dressing on the side. I felt it had way too much on the salad. The service was good, and it felt like a nicer restaurant, with a way better ambiance. Like everything else though since COVID-19, the prices were a bit high, but the flavor was worth it. Just something I wish I could go to more often, but prices prevent that.
The Italian food was excellent. We were a large party and decided to try every section of the menu. All I can say is everything was an excellent choice except for the calamari. Only one suggestion on the calamari, ask server about before ordering. The ambiance was great. Definitely make a reservation, this place was packed on a Saturday night. Our server Ms. Sheila was AMAZING! She made great suggestions on the meals. What a wonderful night and way to celebrate a birthday.

I love eating here, food is always delicious, make sure you have reservations during weekends. Servers do great
