Great Food, Great Service, Great Atmosphere....We visited Brio for the first time 09-16-23 at 7pm that was our reservation time and the staff was ready and waiting for us and seated our party of 15 early! We had one server waiting on our whole party not going to lie I was worried a little because I know how some of us can be but I will say Brittany knocked it out of the park! She was very attentive and took very good care of us all! Hats off to the kitchen staff food was delicious! I would also like to thank the manager who was on duty that night sorry I forgot his name but He made sure we were all taken good care of! I ordered the filet mignon on Monday evening and was shocked to learn that they were out of them. So, that meant I had to figure out what to order again. Also, the building either has an irrigation leak or a water main for the building is cracked and leaking into the parking lot. There was water pudding near the steps, and we haven't had rain for close to a week. Parking: There is plenty of parking available, and overflow is available in the plaza lot. Wheelchair accessibility: There is a ramp for wheelchair access.
I visit Brio's infrequently. Each time I have, the service remains the same. Always outstanding. I typically sit at the bar, which isn't something I'm comfortable doing at eating establishments. But the bar tenders are always excellent at Brio and make me feel welcome. I rated the food a 4, mainly because of the lobster bisque. The creme is too thick with minimal bites of lobster.
Bar staff were lacking customer training on service and efficiency. I had to keep asking for silverware, water, salt pepper, bread with my $30 entree. If you are going to note in a response to contact your support center, you should probably ensure they actually respond. Its been two days after I contacted them and heard nothing. After reviewing other responses on here it is clear they are using a Bot to respond to yelp reviews. That's pretty low.
Took my family to this amazing establishment on our way back home to Salt Lake City. Staff, food and establishment all 10/10. Highly recommended.

Everyone was friendly when we arrived and we were seated quickly. Our server Ryan was incredible. The food was pretty good.
